It wont feel like its bottoming out every time you hit a bump. I know someone that did that on his crx w/ ground controls and AGXs, and the thing rides ------- nice (especially for how low it is), doesnt bounce in corners (like mine does), and looks good too. Im going to be selling my H&R race springs and getting ground control coil overs and doing the extended shock travel because I fell in love with that setup. Im sure if someone that could weld nicely and would start making the new shock mounts like that to sell, I bet theyd sell like hot cakes. Not to mention profit.
Also, get a good camber kit, I got SPC extended range upper BJs since my stockers were beat anyway, and put the SPC rear arms in w/ poly bushings (to match the rest of my energy suspension bushings). Im going to be buying the toe links too from SPC because my rear toe arms are maxed out to get my rear toe in, so if I go lower my toe will be out, not to mention its so rusty I think the itll break if I try to move it again. With the complete camber kit, I got my car aligned back to stock specs with the H&R races (2" drop i think). You get a good kit, and you will be happy about using a set of tires for more than 10k miles, and it WILL cost you less in the long run since you not buying tires, and replacing parts because of being improplerly matched up.
