"well I have to join in of being very skeptical of this kit. my reasons are as follows: First our engines are desighned for bottom end tourque your not helping that with a turbo kit a supercharger on the XA and the Xb would be alot more fun to drive. My next reason is that they are using a very small turbo to get it to spool up fast on such a small engine this is really going to limit the amount of tuning that can be done later to the car to make even more power. The engine is cast iron sleeved so it should be able to hold 12 pounds of boost without a problem. Next I do not like the fact that they are using Emanage it is limited to prewritten programs and doesn't have as much tuning adjustment as say an AEM fully programable ecu to take into account other performance parts. I see upgraded injectors you listed but no mention of an upgraded fuel pump or adjustable fuel pressure regulator which is essential in turbo applications. Also wether most people know it or not blow off valves that blow off into the atmosphere are dangerous and can cost you your precious engine for a noise. I think this is a kit that is being rushed to market without proper R&D and you will pay to be the Guinea Pig for the company because their not responsible for damage caused to your car. And where is the intercooler is it ging to have a front mount a top mount an air to air a water to air are tehy going to incorporate water and alchol sprayers. There is absolutly no reason why we shouldn't be able to get 200hp at the wheels with a good supercharger setup on these cars. but it's going to take the right tuning the right products and good reputable companies that have been in the buisness for along time and have a proven track record getting involved with our cars. I don't really blame people for wanting to tune these cars and make power out of them thats fine. but I do blame scion for it's marketing. In japan scions are known as econoboxes for carpooling and very little is done tuning wise with them. Toyota all of a sudden needs to fill a gap in it's market the market being youth and affordable cars that look diffrent. They bring them over from japan change tons of things that didn't need to be changed on the car and somehow pull off this huge majic trick selling cars like hotcakes to everyone with marketing and offering performance parts through the dealers well guess what toyota and the performance parts makers are laughing all the way to the bank while no real research and development is going in to the parts that are available for our cars. look at exhaust and headers how many dyno charts can you pull up on sites selling them not many. and what oter mods have been done to the car before the dyno run who knows. I know alot of people who have spent over a thousand dollars on performance parts only to gain three or four horse power and lose tourque I've got a dyno. To me thats ridicoulous. If you are determined to have a turbo but you actually want it done correctly save up 2,500 dollars bringyour car to greensboro north carolina park your car beside the two skylines that are being taken up to a thousand horsepower and we will build you a custom turbo kit and dial it in on the dyno and gurantee you will leave with 200 whp or more our tuner has 27 years experience and has built engines for john force and numerous other teams all I can say is i am very skeptical of this turbo kit and ZPI is not known in the industry and doesn't have a proven track record. so take it for what you will. there not Vortech or jackson racing or HKS or turbonetics. Don't be a lab rat on a new kit my best advice."

... If you can HMT a kit then it would be worth it, if it can really hold 12 psi.

nah i didnt give it to her yet, im tryin to think of a way to do it, no cliche, not cheesy or overdone.
i gave mine to my gurl a little while back. i had just bought an gun and she didnt know i had the ring already so u know wat she said. something to the effect of that gun doesnt fit my finger. i told her i think it mite lets see. so i go get the gun (a smith and wesson 9mm) grab the ring go into the living room get on one knee. now she just thinks im bein stupid. lol. and i slide the ring on her finger as i slide the gun on and ask her if she'll marry me. she was like huh then i took the gun sat it down and she looked at her finger and freaked. started cryin and ----. tellin me how much se loves me and how she didnt see that comin. i just had to prove the gun did fit her finger. lol
