Boosting in Dalla/Fort Worth area.....(---- CALI!)with picts
Thats what I might be doing soon

Thinking about getting the ---- out of Cali just like Steve(and a ---- load of other people).Its getting to damm hard to live here.Every thing is super expensive.I make 70k a year and live on a budget(my wife stays home with my son)
.Thats just bull ----!Anny where else on earth I would live like a ------- king.
So why Dallas/Fort Worth?Well weve got some friends that moved there a few years ago and weve heard nothing but goods things.Schools are great,cost of living is cheap,car registration is about 10% of what it is here in Cali.,plus no more bullshit Cali smog certificates!Im an electrician so I can pretty much move anny where nad nave a job so Im not sweating that.The pay is less there($50-$60k a year) but so is the cost of living so it should = out.
Weve been looking at houses on line and well be taking a trip there in a couple of weeks.A 4 bedroom,3.5 bath,2900sqft house with a pool,jacuzzi.2 car garage there goes for $270k.Its just about a 1/4 acre.Here are some picts of the one were looking at.
Oh yeah you can see in the back ground of the pool pict. that its on a golf course.It would be cool to pull up with my loud *** civic and blow off while people are trying to tee off :P
A house like that here in Cali goes for no less than $800k!Think Im lying...My house is just over 1000sqft on a 1/4 acre lot with a 2 car garage and the going price for it is $525k.Why?I dont know.Its super expensive here now and we want out.I figure out of that $525k,$300k of it is equaty so I think well be buing a house cash.The cool thing is that most houses only last about 1 week on the market so it should be really easy to sell my house.
If this works out we should be there by mid summer.
So anny one here live near there?

If you're moving into that castle, do you need a roommate? 
That house is PIMP. It's amazing what kind of house you can buy when the market isn't exagerated like it is in Cali. You can't even buy a 1200 sq. ft. house out here for less than $150k. 5 years ago you could have bought that same house for around $80k.
2 more kids?
How many are you planning on having total? Are you starting a football team? 
Maybe a crew of electricians that can wire a 80,000 sq. ft. commercial building in a month? :P

We also thinking about moving down there some time in the future. Here in this hellhole nebraska, living condition is pretty decent, it's not as bad as Cali, but I hate snow with passion. So the lady and I are thinking moving south once everything is stable. Mostlikely it's going to be texas. That house is so pimp, wish you luck with it.

Maybe down the line Ill want one more.Thats why I said 3.Its weird but once the paternal geon kicks in you want more kids.

you can move in to that 3rd garage in the back to the left there 
.That one there is actually cheaper that the other one,has a pool aswell and that 3rd garage.

my wifes uncle lives in san dieago, makes about 120K and he says he doesnt live the way he wishes he could. 120K at my home town of Indiana, you could have the life you never thought possible. Cost of Living in Indiana is so cheap.

have u ever noticed that MOST of the cops episodes are based in forthworth/ dallas area? man that place doesnt look to good. i went to look at some houses in moreno valley and there just like the ones that steve is looking at getting. they have a ton of show rooms and 4-5 bedroom houses start at 200k. ya, moreno valley is in the middle of no where but its only 1hour from civilization and theres alake there too. i dunno just something to think about...
