oh and just to add something else, people over here with their STOCK EVO's have been hassled for thier STOCK FMIC and STOCK monster wings and STI's have been also. Heck, bamboo got cited for his STOCK civic taillights (the half clear half red ones off the EK coupes). So it can get pretty gay on the west coast.

If i get pulled over and a cop wants to check under my hood im just gonna downright tell him no.... He has no ------- right to be snooping around my ----, If he doesnt have a warrant, He;s not looking through my ----...

tell the cop he violated your rights, and then they have to write up a bigass report, goto court and yada yada yada, and they really dont like doing that over stupid bullshit, so odds are they'll let you go

in my state the only emissions "control' is when you get yoru car inspected every two years, they look underneith it and see if thre is something that resembles a catalytic converter and then you are done.

No ----. All this "turbo is illegal" crap makes me laugh. 90% of our state doesn't even require emissions, and for the part that does, you're still pretty much guaranteed to pass if your car isn't running pig rich.
