Autocad
Architectual Desktop
Punch Pro, Professional home design.

And thats all you need to use. The punch pro is kinda new to the market and a bit unrealistic when it comes to dimensioning and working drawings

I am in architectual engineering so I know this crap, My main focus is actually homes, I dont like designing office buildings or strip malls.

To make a quick design, make a hand drawing first, then take it from that, use auto cad to make working drawings and then you'll have to send thoes to an architect.

If you want to, make me a quick sketch of what you want your crib to look like and send it to me, i'll come up with something quick and give it to you as a reference.

Hey can you do me a favor and draw up some blueprints for a garage. 36x30' with 9' celings, 3 single doors, 6x12 pitch roof with trusses.

I know what I want the building to look like I just don't know how to draw up blueprints. I need a set to hand into the township to get the permits to build the damn thing.

Ok, i'll need to know your zoning bylaws when it comes to building anything, I'll need to know the water table and it would help havind a picture of where you want the garage built and a quick hand sketch of what you want it to look like.
