telemarketers are the ones making most of that money, very little of it goes to the state troopers. anyone here can set up a police charity organization LEGALY. i used to work for a telemarketing company that did that and had 40+offices all over the united states and the owners where multi millionaires.

Same here is Maryland
If you donate they send you a sticker in the mail
My friends has a line of them from like 2000
And yes he has gotten off with no tickets or the most a warning

i believe these sticker things. Supposedly before if you had a fire man hat sticker on your car you were let off easy, then 911 happened and everyone had one. I dunno know though, I'd like a sticker that does this, but then I don't want stickers on my car.

They have stickers out here. I got one in the mail the other day for some reason.

I'm not about to put it on though. I'll take the ticket before I look like a homo with a Sheriff badge sticker on my window. Write me a ticket, bitch.
