Has anyone ever heard of something called a blue bear sticker that u put on the back of your car. Cause a guy i go to school with both his parents are cops and he says he can get me this sticker for 20 bucks and i will not get pulled over for anything unless its really bad.

Haha thats a good one. Ever see American Hot Rod? A local radio station did this a while back in my neck of the woods. If you had their sticker on the back of your ride, the cops would let you off (or at least take it easy on you). I don't beleive it though.

There is some truth to that. In CT you can donate to the CT State Police and they give you a sticker for your car. They tend to not ticket those people.
