LOL thats awesome.

The reason i'm scared of 15 psi is that I dont have a backup motor either after this one fails. I mean I will be rebuilding the ZC after I pull it out but that will take a while, Next build will be Eagle Rods with Vitara pistons.

So I should post the block? ----!, no time for that. how safe will it be if I dont post it?

People boost stock LS engine to 1bar all the time... hell, some people get away with that much boost on a stock d16.

I personally think you will be fine running 1bar with vitaras + ls rods, they are quite a bit thicker and stronger than d-series rods...

Send you LS rods to me and I'll shotpeen them for $20, anyway, the Ls rods will be fine for 15 psi. They hold around 300-350 hp safely and you won't be making that much so you're fine. I think the vitaras are just as prone to blowing at that power level anyway.
