My '99 Civic Si was hit similar to that. (Highschool girl pulled out and hit an old dude in a truck who crossed 2 lanes of traffic, jumped a curb and hit my car in a parking lot. 
) Fixed by one of the best body shops in the area supposedly, with genuine Honda (junkyard) parts. They had to cut out and reweld the entire rear quarter, replace door and fender. Now the dash rattles, interior trim isn't right in several places, the door whistles at any speed over 60, and I'm still finding glass everywhere. I get mad every time I drive the car, I wish I could afford to sell it and get something else. So if slowcivic is anything like me, I don't believe replacing the door and some bondo would make him happy with this car again.

2000$ a piece..... and yeah I may have to get a dealers license soon, i am approaching the private ownership limit this year. in my state, you can only buy and sell 10 cars in a year without a dealers license.

If you don't sue you're retarded. Please go sue that bitch..there are plenty of lawyers that will work and not get paid until you collect. Two girls i know got into car accidents one got 400k for one broken rib and one got 120k for neck pains. NECK PAINS. I think your neck is hurting right about now...really really badly.
