Sure they can, unless they disabled there rev limiter.

We need some clarification. Is 15.4 the time with or without the turbo? You said you ran 15.4 with the LS swap in your hatch then turned around and said your current setup is (insert turbo setup here).

If you ran 15.4 with the turbo, give up. If you ran that N/A then you've got a chance. I think 15.4 is a good time for a LS swapped hatch. My N/A B16 ran about a second faster than that but it's in a HF CRX too.

that time was in a NA, LS swapped, Eg hatch.

I crashed that old car i should've said. Now i have the del sol
t3 turbo, ls engine, shady gear box with bad syncros.

stock 2004 Mach 1's should do 13.1 with a good driver, it weighs 3500lbs and has 350 or so whp.
