pass seat removed rock the motor there. I can pull a motor out of that spot alone. trunk better have a couple friends dead weight sucks in a spare tire compartment
Bring lots of rags etc plug all the holes with d tape
I have done atleast 25+ motors that way its the right way if you dont have truck
If you want to make life hard do it in the hatch

I am glad I am not the only one to put motors in the back of my crx. They fit nicely back there. I drove around for a month with a engine back there the realized that if I had a wreck that the engine would kill me. I took it out.

Lol thats what I was going to say
I put LS's in the back of my CRX all the time, also in the back of my friends DC Integra I couldn't see how it wouldn't fit in the back of the DAs...stop being a little girl....2 people can easily lift and LS in the back

Re: Best way to transport an LS motor in a DA integra?
i hauled an ls motor in the back of a cavalier for about 400 miles once ....just put a board down in the shape of the seat...then i used the seat belt and tied a tow strap around it and used the child seat hooks in the back to hook the tow strap...it held well and never rolled or fell ....i would say take your front passenger seat out and put the motor in the back seat kinda how i did and then put your seat back in...it would be alot less annoying...for real though use wood on the seat if you can cause if not its hard to get those impressions out of the seat
