Re:Best Mod EVER!! only $20
Well, I go to Universal Technical Institute and when I was in the Street Legal Performance class, a group in our class decided to try something like this. They used a variable resistor in a 94 camaro z28. They hooked up the resistor to the IAT sensor and got on the dyno. After playing with the variable resistor a little bit and making a few runs on the dyno, they were able to actually produce about 20 ft/lbs of torque and about 1 or 2 hp. Just had to throw in my 2 cents. Also, that was the only mod they did.

yeah, it may be able to make power on one or two random cars, the camaro is a fine example, but if you have to dyno tune it for the proper setting, then this thing probably won't actually give most cars any power, and most likely ---- them up. Most of them make the car think it's colder out, but here, it actually is 15', so it can't help, it'll just make the car run right. then when it warms up, it'll bog down...
it's just a piece of ----

Doing anything to that car increases power 10-20hp...even hurling a brick at the intake would probably net you a 5-8hp increase throughout the power band
