Beat Down in Carbondale, PA
So I bought my Axe CP heli and FINALLY got it from the mother ****** today. Mother ****** tried to fly it and FAILED.
He destroyed both sets of main blades, the swash plate, the reciever, and there are three major boom strikes. (That's where you hit the ground, and the blades flex into the tail boom.)
E----- aint doing anything about it so somebody go trash the mother ******.

It was sold as new, never opened condition. I paid USPS MO which I have confirmation he recieved on 1/5/08, which he says he didn't get until 1/15 when he shipped it. Then the african american shipped it after I filed a dispute around 3am on 1/20/08, he shipped it DHL on the 20th. I recieved it today missing, and broken.
To add to the list of ---- he trashed, the battery pack was not properly cycled during it's initial 5-10 uses and is complete shot. Instead of being able to provide full power to hover for around 8min, it can not hold partial power to the main motor for 2 min. Two, not one servers are stripped out, and the main motor ESC is glitching like crazy.
And I already picked up a form from the post office to file mail fraud against him.

You sold it, then broke everything in it. Then freaked out and didn't send it until I forced you to. I sent you payment with confirmation that you recieved it on 1/5/08, you "said" you recieved it on 1/15/08. You "said" that you shipped it then. Ya right... Then when I filed a dispute you didn't have anything left to do but ship the broken parts. How smart are you? You broke two sets of props, have three boom strikes, are missing the DVD, broke the training gear, only included two of the four training *****, no training mounts, the battery pack is shot because you didn't cycle it before using it, the ESC is glitching main motor power, and you stripped not one, but TWO servo's.
Send my money back now, or not only will I file another ebay dispute to their trust and security center. I will file you with your local BBB, AND because I paid with a US Postal Money Order, I will file you for mail fraud. Which is a federal offence. I will give you no other warnings, this is your last one. Return my money by Tuesday January, 29 2008.

So why does the topic name say the town is Carbondale if he lives in Nanticoke? That's a bit of a difference there lol. Considering I live in Carbondale. :P If the kid lived in C-dale I would probably know who it was too, good luck with getting a refund.
