O-line is everything for a running back..You need to get that push and open holes..No holes you are going no where..I don't care if your Jim Brown, Emit Smith, etc........I tell you the best running backs in the league are under the radar because of the shitty o-lines....Shaun Alexander is a good running and so is Tike Barber...If the running back is breaking one or two tackles on every run then he is a special running back...Does Shaun do tha? Or is he constantly running fast and low threw opeining holes...., I know Kiki is special and breaking tackles in NY....

Saying the O-line is everything? I just don't like the way that sounds I guess, yeah it's a HUGE part I agree, no holes nowhere to run, but not every running back is the same as you stated, some are special. If only the O-line mattered and it was EVERYTHING then Shaun, Tiki, Ladanian, etc... wouldn't be getting paid the big bucks because you could get any running back to do what they do. I guess from 01-05 the Seahawks had the best offensive line in the league? I just can't see dropping "any" starting RB in the seahawks lineup from 01-05 would have produced the same numbers Shaun did, good numbers yes, but I dunno about matching what he did. Having a good passing offense plays into it as well (if they know you can't throw, then your only option is to run), but again you need a good O-line to protect the QB so he can pass, so again the O-line plays a huge part.

P.S. Bears Suck. :P

I am just saying the O-line is number one when creating a good rushing team, then the running back, play calling is huge too, a great passing attack contributes to a good running game...Confuses the defense via the play action passes, etc....If you got a defense guessing and on it's heels then that too helps huge with the running game, gapping holes...That is evidences in Indy with Payton...

Ladamien, Alexander, Barber are elite running backs you are correct...

OK, as far as o line goes, we still have the best tackle in the game, he may be a little hurt but ask many, and even pro analysts call WALTER JONES the best offensive line player in the game.

So basically that rules out hutch being the only reason SA suceeded in this league, don't forget about WALTER JONES, and plus he is black so he is faster and can jump higher

I don't care about seasons past or seasons to come, because the only season that matters is the season we're in right now. And in this season, the Bears > Seahawks. End of story.
blah blah blah blah....they won they won they won, thats your arguement and a 3 year old could figure it out, what i have been doing is telling you why they won...if you were actually knowledgable about football you could get past the basics and actually understand the sport

and just so you know its not talking ---- when you said it yourself..."i only watch them when their good"...that was you who said that...you know if you go back into all my posts on this thread i never said that the bears sucked, i said they were good...i proved a point and you can't handle it...obviously you know nothing about sports so juss sit down and shut the ---- up and stop acting like you know ----...you thinkin you know ---- about football is like saying your the smartest kid with down syndrom...yes the bears throttled the seahawks, i have agreed with that since the begining...but to tell me that 9 injuries don't play a factor is juss bull ----, pull your head outa your *** and see the facts. go read a book on football and learn something before you open your mouth

i'm going to break it down into terms that you can understand :1

The bears are good
They beat seattle
seattle had 9 injuries to starting players
bears beat a team full of injuries

now if i'm being too descriptive for you tell me cause i can break it down into simpler terms...

oh and 5-1 isn't shitty there smart guy :1

BBKA i guess you didnt see where i said they arent very good running backs lol. Even if your oline is the ---- and the running back doesnt know how to run the ball then their out of luck. I never said he sucked. I'm just saying he will never get as many yards/tds as he did when hutchinson was there. Thats all. Who gives a ---- if they had injured players. Maybe they should have postponed the game till the players were healthy so the seahawk fans wouldnt bitch about a loss and have a bazillion excuses. Again i'm not a bears fan.

Not a shot in hell that the Chicago Bears will win the Super bowl...They are good but lack maturity and playoff experience...The quarterback will not be good enough to win the title...Plus they only get up for home games and they will come up short on the road as witnessed in the Monday night football game against a sub-par team like Arizona..... Sorry man, not this year...I like the Bears too......

He is Mr. Cosistency (excluding this year of course, he has fucked me over in one fantasy league since I had the first pick) andyou can't argue his stats... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shaun_Alexander

2001-2005... 7504 total yards (1500 yards a year average)
2001-2005... 87 total touchdowns (17.4 TD's a year average)

Enough said.
Sure. Hutchinson seattle Drafted in 2001 gone in 2005. Nuff said!
