I had backup axles just incase, but if you launch right they should hold. I pre-load the clutch, so basically it's almost engaged and when I drop the clutch there is less stress on the axles.

you have the most impressive stock d motor on here. nice job pat. Have you ever consider doing some engine work? just imagine the power if you built the mighty D.

I have been doing a ton of research on building my motor, so hopefully I will at least have some rods/pistons this season. I actually think I might be able to get a little more out of the stock d-series though... not sure if it will hold, but I can try. The next thing on my list is a good external tial wastegate though (my internal WG owns me).

If I would have let some more air out of my tires and raised my rev limit 1,000 rpms I bet I could have made even better times. First gear was flying by pretty fast.
