Default Backdoor I/C *NSFW*

Ok I want a backdoor intercooler, but can't seem to find any in my price range...(im not going to pay 600 for a ------- piece of metal)

I know JRC makes them but all his cores are tube and fin. I want bar and plate.

Anyone know of more sources for backdoor ICs?

CCA which is one of the sponsors on this site has bar and plate intercoolers for $350.00. Dimension is 25X5X3.5. If that's too expensive, check eBay.

I was thinking like "backwoods" as in building your own out of home depot parts or something...

Ok. Below is one I found on eBay. I can't really tell if it's a bar and plate, and the person only has two feedbacks. I would check CCA and ask if he could modify one of his bar and plate to suite you.

Get me some sizes and where you want the inlet and outlets at.

I might be able to come up with something.
