DeLorean. It's written on the back of the car. DeLorean or properly as JZD changed it to be De Lorean (notice the space) to sound less Romanian.

There are a good number of turbo DeLoreans out there. The was a factory prototype twin turbo made by Legend Motors using twin IHI turbos. There is also an Island turbo kit (I forget it there was a twin available but there certainly was a single) again using IHI. There are also a lot of one off kits. Most of the turbo DeLoreans are using old, junky turbos that were designed in the '60s. I have no idea why owners do not use modern turbos that don't suck. Consequently, in many cases it does not work out very well. The PRV doesn't really handle pressurization very well and it's very common to get excessive crankcase pressure. Legend Motors basically replaced everything in the engine in order to make their turbo setup reliable.

All kinds of other modifications have been done to the DeLorean. V8s, Honda 4 cylinders, Lotus swaps, rotary swaps, electric conversions, dual engines, etc.

Here's a few pictures from the last DeLorean meet I attended, showing some modded DeLoreans:
