Default B16Destroyer's Turbo B18 87Crx (Lots of Pics)

I am just posting them for him. He wasn't sure how to host them someplace and post them up.
The name of the game is traction.
Here they are in no particular order:

That looks like a nice setup. It looks like he spent some time putting everything together. So, why did he use pvc piping? Good work, nonetheless.

No doubt, I could see the PVC not being a problem after the intercooler, but post turbo? That B is going to be huffing some fumes until the PVC melts off the turbo housing.

My PVC charge pipe had a small amount of ripplage right at the compressor outlet where it began, but worked just fine.

I'm having no problems with the PVC piping. All my ex-turbo buddies have disowned me because of the PVC piping and have banned me from hanging out with them. (haters).

The turbo is a T3/T4B 60trim 60AR with a stage 2 clipped turbine wheel in a 48AR exhaust housing. The turbo begins spooling at 3000rpms and gets 10psi at 4500 rpms. The OBX manifold has cracks big enough to fit the tip of a screw driver through. It is killing my spool up time and the rubber couplings that join the PVC to the turbo compressor keeps blowing loose after so many runs. `

Overall it is a very fun car to drive at part throttle or half throttle. Full throttle just blows the tires off resulting in standing still no traction wheel spins.

Give me somemore feedback and on the setup. Pros and cons.

looks damn good, it sounds like all you need is some mandrels, a new mani and some drag radials and you'll be good to go

that fuelline running down the kickboard/plate is classic..... even my local redneck track would probobly give the thumbsdown on that.
