I know some people have talked about this in the past. Some have asked for a welding forum. I'd be interested in helpng out mod a "fabrication" forum. Something than covers everything from maching, welding, layout, metal forming and everything in between.

If homemade turbo isn't 1/2 about making the turbo kit then I don't know what it's about. There is a shitload of traffic in general and forced induction.

Their isnt enough "welding/Fabrication" type questions even around to make a seperate forum... If there was a larger demand.. maybe?

I think fabrication covers practically every project people post about. Maybe it wouldn't be as high a traffic but it would be cool to have a place for the more hardcore technical people...

it's a good idea, but it would be the empties, most lonely forum on hmt, we couldn't have that. the questions the would be asked in the fab forum could be asked in the tech or fi forums, or even here in gd.
