59% of California are ****'s. That's the amount of people who approved Prop. 187 in 1994 that would have prevented illegals from milking tax dollars through social programs. Of course the courts refused to give the people what they want claiming that Prop. 187 was unconstitutional to the RIGHTS OF ILLEGALS.
Isn't that cool how they break our federal immigration laws, milk our social programs, and then demand that they have rights? Even when they didn't have the RIGHT to enter the country in the first place?
