Supertrapp mufflers on that honda sandrail. I love thos mufflers. Yes as far as I know everything in that is correct. The key to registering it as a kit car is that it cannot resemble the original vehicle. Alot of guys that have Fiero's do this when they do chop tops and lambo doors to them so that they can make their v8 swaps California legit.
