HELP! For the past year, we have been unable to get notifications of private messages or topic replies here at HMT. I have gone in and checked all of our account settings MULTIPLE times, and all the boxes are checked to receive notifications. I verified that our email is correct, and STILL nothing. They aren't going in our spam box, and I don't have the email blocked. People think we are ignoring their PM's, which doesn't help business.

Any helpful site gurus here at HMT that can help a poor mother...um...I mean YOUR poor mother out??
