Anyone know what happened to these? (long)
hey guys, anyone remember Ryane Motorsports? They used to make a chromoly tube rear trailing arm that lowered the car 1.5" w/o any camber change and a lowered front steering knuckle that did the same. I have searched everywhere and all i can find is a phone number that goes to some poor soul that has evidently had numerous calls for them.
Ryane sold the rights to these parts to a guy named Ty that had a company named Storm Motorsports ( i think he was located in the NW part of the country). His phone number has since been disconnected also.
Then there was Climax Racing. They built a chromoly tube crossmember for the 88-91 CRX. This was not the front one, (ala z-10, etc..) but the rear one (that the steering rack mounts to). I seem to remember that Climax Racing was part of Area 51 fabrication. Does anyone know if this is true? (I guess i could just call Area 51, huh?)
Just wanted to pick your guys' brains and see if anyone knew what happened to these companies (and more importantly, the parts they manufactured).
