Anyone know how to rewire a horn to a switch??

Default Anyone know how to rewire a horn to a switch??
I have a different wheel on my car now and i dont know where the horn wires connected...i tried stripping the wires connected to the horns connector...when i touched them together nothing happened...im not sure how to do it but i gotta get it safetied tomorrow though..

one side is power, one side is ground. run a power lead with a toggle switch in between somewhere to the positive side of the horn itself.
