here's a strength challenge anyone can attempt. it is much harder than it sounds...
lying face down on the floor with your arms stretched out above your head, raise your body off the floor altogether in one motion with only your hands and feet(toes) supporting your weight. no cheating with your elbows or knees touching the floor and then lifting them up afterward. do it all at once.
i've only ever seen one guy do it. i'm sure there are a lot of people that can do it, but you have to be in pretty good shape.
