my friend has a 00 bmw 330 ci coupe he was in 3rd gear then he miss shift into 2 when trying to go into 4 so then it red line but he let off right away then the car start misfiring so we check out all the plug n it got spark on all 6 cylinder but injector number 2 seem to not work i put a screw drive on the injector to listen to it click but it had no click i also swap injector from cylinder 1 to see if it work still no click but i got power going into it and when i take hard turn the car run fine then misfire again shortly and thier a clicking sound under the car ..... anyone can help me ? i dont know if you guy understand me but ill try explain more if u want thankss

any faults stored... if you have a scanner?
how do you "know" that your getting spark in all 6 cylinders?
which manufacturer coils are installed- there was a recall on the BREMI...
what octane rating fuel was put in the vehicle?
check fuel pressure just to rule it out.. should be 3.5bar +/- 0.2

let me know if you have any other info.

I know most newer cars ECM's, especially german, have a permanent bitch mode if they see certain perameters (temp,rpm,oil press) waaay out of boundary. If you can afford the BMW you can afford the rapage at the dealer .

i have a scaner and the code was manufacture irnition sytem or misfire and i got spark in 6 cylinder because i pull all the coil out and i did see spark and yes i do have bremi coil but isnt it just for 03- 05 bmw? octance is 93 and if u said newer car got permanent bitch mode if they see rpm oil temp out of boundary then it propley right because the car did red line ..... well thank guysz

i find out today that when i take hard turn mostly right turn the car stop misfire so i open the hood and check the injector it seem like it working but then it stop after a little bit and the car run like ---- again so i wounder y the injector some time run and sometime dont i have swap injector around and they all seem fine only cylinder number 2 got proplem could it be the ecu or wire harness ---- up some where ?

Why dont you bring it by BMW and get it diagnosed and then just fix it yourself.That cant rape ya that bad to just diagnose the problem i would think.
