Default Anyone have any ideas on how to clean a MAF sensor?

Like the title states, i was not using an oil catchcan and some oil has made its way to the intake tubing and onto the MAF sensor. My car has been running lean lately, it seems like this could be why, i mean it would make sence, oil on sensor, sensor reading a less amount of air, so adds less fuel, which results in running lean. But anyway, i was wondering what i should use to clean the MAF, there is a screen on one side so i cant do it by hand from that angle. I used compressed air but i want to make sure it is all gone before reinstalling, anyone have any ideas, maybe a liquid i could dunk it in that wouldnt damage the sensor? Thanks!

use brake fluid or carb cleaner, I used to have to clean the MAF on my old car about once a month and those seemed to work the best
