listen to you guys... the cell phone companies screw you.. whatever...
You sign a 2yr contract for those 2 yrs you are asked to keep the same equip, how hard is that? They sell you the phones dirt cheap and take a hit on the price assuming you will keep it for 2 yrs. If you don't think it will last 2 years they offer insurance by a 3rd party company... Then you guys bitch about a deductable.. JUST LIKE ALL INSURANCE COMPANIES YOU PAY A DEDUCTABLE.
If you are on a higher price plan most companies will allow you to get a new phone after one year.. but after 2 yrs companies like verizon will give you that sale pricing again AND $100 credit towards the phone.

Yeah, because cell phone companies don't make any money. They get those phones for dirt ------- cheap. That's why they give them away. They make their money on the monthly services. Some people can't keep a phone in working condition for 2 years. I know my battery won't last me 2 years. Both of my cell phones have shitty batteries right now. I bought one of those "extended life" batteries and it didn't even last as long as the old shitty regular battery.
