ehh i just use honda mtf. never had a problem. for 3.86 i cannot complain

i used 75w 130 gear oil all the time in mine haha

I also have GM Synchromesh in my car. I was not impressed with it. Car shifts just like it did with the regular old Napa crap I used before. I heard the hype, tried it, and don't like it. I'll be switching to redline here shortly. I'm not saying it won't work good for other people because obviously it's working for others. It just didn't do a damn thing for me, so redline it is. Different strokes for different folks.

Im probbaly going to put 1 quart of that syncromesh and the rest is going to be some synthetic 10w30 and lucas oil additive or lucas transmission fix. And ill let you guys know how that works out.

i put two quarts of in my trans and it worked good. but it does need replaceing every few months.

take that synthetic out of your tranny.

Syncros are designed to slow down / speed up to match the input and output shaft speeds. The synthetic is too slippery. put Honda MTF in it. thats what it's designed to use.
