i ran in my boosted 510... me and some buddys were out drifting in an abandoned lot around 2am or so and i guess someone reported the noise cause outta nowhere like 5 cops came in, i was 5 feet away from my car when they came in, i booked it to the car, turned the key... and the starter whined... wouldnt turn over.. tried 2 more times and get her fired up, popped it into reverse, backed up over parking lot dividers and into the street, did a fatty burnout and took off.. a few buddys joined behind me.. turned off our headlights and drove in the dark through the industrial section we were in.. found a lot outta the way, ditched the cars and took off on foot for about two hours

we saw cops the entire time roaming the city lookin for us.. next night we went back out, and come to find out the only car they had anything on was MINE!! i was nervous as ---- for the next week, but never got snagged

thats the first time i ran, second was in my talon, wizzed past a piggy at 145 mph, but i exited and was gonna turn... guess who found me i ---- my pants when he said "slow down" and let me go

I've always been too big of a ----- to run in my car, but on the bike, thats a whole different story. I only know of this event because my cousin was in her car at the traffic light next to me when this all started. I was sitting at a light on the highway at about midnight, and the road was wide open for miles, and with a new intake, thinner head gasket, full yosh system, and power commander I've been dying to stretch the legs on my bike. So I take off when the light hits green, poping a wheelie in 1st and 2nd as I work through the gears and end up pegging the spedo in 6th at 176mph and eventually I back off and take one of the windy roads I like to ride through. The next day my cousin asks me how I'm not in jail, and aparently there was a cop sitting in the median with his lights off right across the street from me, never saw or heard him but according to her he tried to chase me.

Oh IDK. I think the HMT part of it makes it MORE dangerous to run from the cops! Seriously! You're getting the ability to easily pull in open traffic for reliability! If your ---- aint reliable, I'd never let the thought cross your mind.

The first timeI ran had my '99 Protege ES w' a CAI (oooo that helped lmao) and a Protege MP3 rear sway bar (major fwd oversteer bitches) was on this sorta county through road that's heavily traveled. I'm going maybe 5mph over & this asshat pulls out to get me. I floor it & go on the edge ***** to the wall for 12 miles down this road that cuts across small gorges & ----. Really hairy! I pass another county sherrif they had called out up on the road about half way down it. So I know those bitches were radio'in around trying ot get me bigtime! I about wigged out when I saw the sherrif with his lights ready to go. Blast past him, get another 5-6 miles down the road.
The road I'm on evened out not too far ahead & 4 laned between some descent sized cities. SInce they were radioin ahead & i already knew a protege isn't any faster 0-60 or 1/4 mile than an impala, or crown vic. I decided to keep my handling advantage. I book it around a really small, tight curve up this small, extremely twisted road going the wrong way for awhile until it passed a bridge & became a real road (Yeah... this was *way* back out in the country).

Never saw a cop from that point on, but I'd bet anything that they were in the next city just waiting!

I ran a first year SRT-4 right after they came out when I was little modded (Intake / new y-pipe no cat, smt6 timing & fuel). Douche bag was in a hot yellow car with a black racing stripe. He cut me off twice, from there it was on. The first year SRT's are slow as crap. Never driven one, but they must lag, cause the v6 at the time was putting equivilant peak hp/tq as they had, and I raped him pretty bad.

We go flying past an unmarked state trooper & it was on. He let the SRT go & came straight after me. My first time running I was really scared, but it didn't matter. When you're doing 120-125mph in a faster car VS 70mph for him... I entered the city of birmingham (I65 traveling south), rounded a big bend flying through 3 lanes of traffic. There are 3 exits close to each other. I took the second exit, flew around afew city blocks making turns. Then leasurely drove around the city on my way to work instead of getting back on the highway.

The other time I ran in the highway. I was cruising, chilling to some music & minding my own biz at 100mph when a dumb *** niegro in a caddy tried to give me a run. Northstars may be good engines, but not in 4000-4500lb cars shaped like a ------- brick. I was @ 135 quickly enough. Far ahead of him. Let off the gas in neutral as I started going down the side of a mountain to slow down. Round the bend at the bottom doing around 120 & see a state trooper sititng there. I see him jump around in his car, hit the lights & power slide onto the pavement in his vic.
Poor bastard. I was topping out around 140 by the time he probably hit 40mph lmao. Didn't stand a chance.





Don't run from cops. It's stupid. Especially in traffic, when you can't do atleast 135mph, and when you don't have good rubber & better brakes. (btw if you can't drive. Don't try to out drive a cop car. Honestly... vics & impalas may suck ***, but odds are even if they suck, they do have alot of seat time!)





All cop cars you regularly see from this year can all do 0-60 in mid 8's.
Stock Vic's do 120-130.
The 5.3L Tahoe's can do 125mph.


Impalas are slow @ 124.

You gotta have alot under the hood to out-run that. Remember it's not just top speed, but the room to use that top speed. You go driving fast like a mother ****** & get a huge lead. Then the second u hit the brakes, they'll catch you.

I'm only going about 40 in a 35, so no big deal. I passed a sherriff going the opposite direction. Of course I'm just staring into my rearview to see what he's doing. He pulled over onto the shoulder and I freaked out. I look back and as soon as I saw his headlights, I didn't even wait for the flashing lights, I just floored it. At this point, my brother is freaking out because he has massive amounts of drugs on him and has bad luck with cops wanting to search him. Apparently I didn't care about that and just let my driving instincts take over. It ended pretty quickly because as soon as I got out of sight I pulled into a driveway and waited about a half hour...


lol, I don't even know why I did that. I was never pulled over in the Integra when I had it (nor did any cop TRY to pull me over... I obeyed the speed limit

i had a friend with a mr2 turbo and running a 50 shot of nitrous and he was heading back from a car show like 3 years ago down I-5 between tacoma and olympia. he was crusing around 100-115 when a cop got behind him and turn his lights on, he turned to my friend ask what he should do then he just punched it, hitting like 150-ish lost the cop then started to slow down then he saw a cop on the side of the road and he had the spike strip out juss passed a freeway exit so he bailed off the free way and took the exit...the exit had a sharp turn and he was going too fast and ended up slaming into the wall totalling his car....my buddy that was riding got ripped out of the car had a gun in his face with a cop saying "if you ------ move i blow your ------ head off" and the cop stomped on his face, he had a gash from his ear to his chin(and this was the passenger not the driver)...my other friend driving got ripped out and slammed to the ground cuffed and thrown in jail...had to pay like $2500 in fines, suspended licence for a year, 25 days of house arrest and has a felony on his record....he ended up gettin like $10,000 in insurence money from his car cause he had full coverage on everything in/on the car, then parted out his mr2 and turn around and got a twin turbo 94 supra...doesn't make sence, but thats what happened

"ran" meaning saw them turning around and guned it mulitpal times in camaro, chevelle, turbo integra, i/h/e mustang, twin turbo mustang.

in that reguard never been caught. had some close calls where i call my dad on the cell phone and tell him to open the ------- garage and i come ripping around the corner in his camaro and into the garage and he shuts the door and a cop passes by 30 seconds later. pretty fun, this is in a car with 2001 tags hahah

i remember one time we ran on bikes. my friend and i were running his gsxr's out of renton up 405. friday night and a few races here and there we watched but never did anything. so we're cruising and heading on the freeway on teh bikes and our friends are in their cars, all of a sudden, cop lights up behind us, since we're all doing 85 and its 60 there, my friend on his bike and i look over at eachother and let it rip, all 4 of the cars take off too. about 1 minute later, BAM. ------- spotlighted by a bird. well ---- it we're on bikes, we took off. we hit about 135 and the light did not move from us, we pushed it to 150 and that was ------- scary, let me tell you what. well aparently one guy peeled off the freeway and the bird was called to hone in on him cuz it just left us out of nowhere, we found out he took off the freeway later when we talked to him the next day. my friend ryan and i slowed up since the cops were a ways back dealing with our other 3 friends. we turned off on coal creek parkway, pulled down into factoria and chilled for awhile. god that was 5 years ago back in high school

I ran from the cops once in my dads mustang. It over heated about a 4 mile from my house and I just keep going. I fucked the heads up and my Dad almost killed me. I end up paying more to fix the car then I would have just paying the ticket I would have got.
