Anyone ever run from the cops in your HMT car...and get away? Or caught?
Just curious if anyone has any good stories about this?
I've always wondered what I would do if I saw the Po-Po pull up behind me with lights blazing...and I had 300 ponies under the hood in a 2400 lb vehicle...
If you got caught...what happened?

Usually when I see cops I throw it in nuetral and coast by them hopefully abiding the speed limit
Mind you my crx is flat black, yellow headlights, huge intercooler, 300+hp open downpipe. So it stands out
Ive been pulled over maybe 6 times this year, no tickets other than some front plate and seatbelt bs.
One time I was on a 4 lane road, 2 one way 2 the other. I was rolling maybe 85 in a 40 going uphill in the slow lane passing people and weaving, whadya know. I pass an MTO Impala unmarked other than the "Ontario" on the side. As soon as I cut him and back over he flips his lights.....

If you guys dont know, the MTO will absolutely rape your car with a fine tooth comb and I would have lost my car and liscense on the spot I knew it.
I was already a lane beside him with some room. So I went with the gut, checked the rear view and punched it. Youve never felt so ------- energized and calm at the same time, he pulls into my lane and Ive got a good 100ft on him, his lights and siren are going, people are pulling into my lane because they wanna let him by. I get in his lane and just pull the ---- outta this car, 13-14psi and I was just pulling away from him. Came on heavy traffic with a median in the middle and I did it....
I cut into oncoming traffic (no cars in the close lane) around the median and cut back in when I passed the pack.
The mto wasnt so stupid and I guess he waited for them to clear, by then I cut onto 2 backstreets and into a strip plaza, parked between a big truck and minivan I think and ---- got the hell out of the car so fast.
Yes I would do it again, yes it was stupid. Was probably the most hardcore 1.5minutes of my life though
I also tried this in my truck when I was unregisterred/uninsured, but was caught, and let go. Maybe Ill type that oone out later

My friend tried running... TRIED...
He lost his license for a year, probation for a year, and $1000 in fines. He got off pretty easy compared to what they originally wanted to give him

a friend of mine was racing a GSR down a street in town and looked over to see the gsr fall behind, once he looked forward it was too late. there was a car stopped in his lane turning left onto a side street and he hit it. tore up his bumper and crushed his radiator, he decided he shoudl leave since he was 15 and had no license or insurance, so he started hauling *** away leaking antifreeze. hauling through neighborhoods trying to make it to where anybody that might have seen him go into the neighborhood wouldn't know what way he went. well he popped out onto the main street and cops seen him and then the chase started. i was listening to it on my handheld scanner where he just was before going to race the gsr. they said he was going about 75-80 through red lights for a few miles then decided to turn, went down a sidestreet and said the cops weren't right on his *** so he bailed. car went into a tree and he ran through a field, hopped soem fences and hid in his friends house till the next day. they had dogs out and everything. but the funny part is he left his keys in th eignition wich has his ASB card from school on it. LMAO. the cops went to his house and talked to his mom, he had already calle dher and told her t say that it was at the machanics house gettign the brakes worked on. cops never bought that story but had no proof it was him so ended up dropping it.
oh and BTW this was all in a pos 4 door neon
and i don't condone street racing in anyway, find a empty street or take it to the track.

just pull over. Its not worth running and getting caught. I've been pulled over twice while out street racing. One time we were just pulling up and it got raided already. We ran and out of all the cars he pulls me over 
. But he let me go because he didnt catch me in the act of anything. The other time, i was actually lined up ready to go and the cop was coming from the opposite end of the street. I ended up busting a U turn and running along with like 8 other cars following me. We ran for a good mile and a cop came from the otherside to block us off. lol . Its a ------- rush running from the cops, but he ended up letting us go because again they didnt catch us in the act of doing anything. Although they could have got us for speeding/evading whatever. But they took all our names down.

Oh, The first time i got pulled over when it already got raided. A guy that i knew was caught in the act of "street racing" he went to jail, they took his license away, m4d fee's yO!

I got away ......... 3 different times Twice from a NYS State Trooper SUV and once from an unmarked impala. Everytime i ran to the same street that is kinda like a mountain pass and exetremely curvey. I just floored it and let the d15b2 scream at 12 psi and hoped for the best, i got lucky everytime. But it was needed as i was in an unregistered, un inspected, un insured 3 inch open downpipe crx.

Befor i boosted my crx (b16 bolt ons) i was driving down a main road 35 mph speed limit, and this chick in an ef hatch pulled up next to me, i heard from someone that it had an Ls/vtec set up, so i just barley took off from the light (no traffic in front of us) and knew she wanted to race right away, we both cruised till we hit mid revvs in 2nd, and then punched it, we got through 3rd 90-100 mph, she had like 1 1/2 cars on me , so i let off just as we were cresting a hill top, and sure as ---- a cop sitting at the bottom of the hill with his rader pointed right at us, so i accepted i was fucked and pulled over after i passed him, he pulled out lights on etc., and the chick in the ef KEEPS GOING!!! so he pulls up to my window and says I HAVE YOUR PLATE NUMBER< STAY RIGHT THERE! and he takes off after her, i sat there for about 10 seconds, they were about 100 yards ahead and she pulled over, just then i remembered that i still had my 90 day temp tag, not plates, so i did a burnout the ---- outta there, hit another main road that goes to a different city, 5 miles away, and just haulled ***, they never found me, and even though they werent right behind me when i took off, it was the most exhilerating few minutes i've ever had, that chick saved my ***!!
