I just received my computer, Now it wont turn on, and shorted my replacement charger.

Someone's mom is about to get fisted.

If I don't get a computer for free in the mail in the next two hours Im going to box it up, ship it to JD, and let him video himself hitting my computer with his computer so I can get a small amount of satisfaction from this fucked up deal.

I just got off the phone.

I talked to someone that speaks English.

I have to send it back to the same exact service center that I sent it to before, Except this time I have a "flag" on my computer saying anything that came in my box gets fixed and it better get fixed right.

I thought that was a given anytime there is a repair. I was completely unaware I needed a flag in order for someone to fix my ------- computer. Ill just ask for the flag from the beginning next time.

I have no choice because my warranty ran out 7 days ago. Even though it has been in their hands for three months of that time.

How fucked up is that?

She said If im not completely satisfied after all this THEN I get a brand new computer.

I wasn't gonna dig this back up, but I got it back from HP, for the second time and the usb was still not fixed.

Now she wont give me a computer as she stated before and wants me to send it back to them for a third time.

Either that or take it to a local shop and pay them to fix it and then I will be reimbursed from HP.

I am just completely fucked as JD stated before.

Get one of the PCMCIA to USB cards from Moatsie for $20-30, tune the ---- out of some cars because it's tax season, buy a T400 or T500 in two months and be done with it.
