turbo creates torque.

260hp 200 torque NA motor, all upper rpm power.
260hp 250 torque FI motor, power acrossed most of the rpm band

might not matter for a drag car when you're in the uppers all the time but on the street torque owns

$3800 for complete OMG JDM WTF Type-S swap, plus mounts, was my pgmfi.org hookup six months back. i-VTEC is worth half of that, maybe. That i- ---- won't come into play with a turbocar unless you bog it - whoopty doo 5 whp more in a non-performance low rpm range - and the engine moves too fast for it to mean anything in a turbo car until top of 3rd *if you're slow*. That VTEC ---- has always been worthless.

Enjoy the gearbox falling apart and good luck getting it fixed under warranty.

Eventually K series is going to be a lot cheaper. As soon as some rsx's get wrecked there will be plenty. ive been looking for a k series crv block, if i find one, ill throw a motor together.
