It's like that incredibly gay show on MTV I think it was. I watched an episode of it. It was called like "Final Fu" or some big gay name like that. They had martial artists fight, but they couldn't have any sort of head contact, at all. It looked absolutely ridiculous. Like some 6 year-olds trying to Charlie horse each other ahahahaha! IB the lot of them took Thursday night Tae Kwon Felch classes.

Man... for the record my conditioning sucks. Tonight at practice I rolled with a noob and he manhandled me. Granted he's probably 220-235lbs, lifts regularly, and wrestled in HS and I'm only 170lbs but still, I had nothing for him. I would sprawl but he would brute my leg up to my chest so I was dancing on one leg all hunched over, then he laid on me a bit. I did take his back but I gave it up. The worst part was my stomach hurt because I was breathing so hard. I need to work on that ----. How's your conditioning crxmatt?

Well, I regularly run 2 miles every other night at the local park. And after 3-4 minutes of pretty hard grappling, i'm extremely exhausted. But that's with rolling with big Caleb. for some reason i'm always stuck grappling him. Which by the way, I was able to lock the peruvian necktie on him tonight, and I gave it all I had.. ran out of strength and couldn't finish it, but he said it was definatley tight. I didn't have my right leg all the way up behind his head very tight though. But my conditioning i think isn't bad. I try like mad to eat healthy. At least stay away from pop, and fast food. I eat alot of pasta, and carbs, and i'm on fish oil. Before the Jiu Jitsu Hoosier open in June of '09 my goal is to be able to barely be breathing hard after a hard night of grappling in class is over.

Yeah man I haven't had soda, caffeine, or fast food since the summer. If I can just stop my stomach from cramping up I'll be better. My positions of choice are side control, northsouth, and 69. I'm useless in the mount and with someone in my guard unless they're a total noob. But if I can get some of the better guys in side or 69 I can work for some chokes.

I hate the mount. i usually jump to side control or to northsouth if I cant secure an arm for an armbar. i dont mind being on my back with someone in my guard. with my long legs, triangles are my bread and butter.. or if the ******* were legal i like to spin into a knee bar but can't do that in competition.
