I've been using www.packet8.net for a few weeks now and its great. It works with cable modem only I think, no DSL. Is $19.99 a month for unlimited Local and Long Distance and all the extras like call waiting and caller ID and all that jazz.
I just noticed after reading all the post you guys are paying $10-$20/month more than me. YOU SUCK, NUCCA.

www.ip-relay.com, its free
basically you type to an operator and she calls the person and tells them what you say, its for deaf people, but lol its a gret way to make crank calls,
i like to call people and be like suck my dick bitch, the operator has to say everything you type, it doesnt matter how bad it is!
