Get the wrap wet before you wrap your pipe(s)... It makes it easier to work with, and when iut dries it dries SUPER tight. Looks awesome... If you get the colored ----, your handws are going to be filthy and itchy... nothing a bath wont fix... Dont be a -----, ---- some gloves, they are good for one thing: Crime
I agree with the statement the stainles zip ties are ---- as well... If you do it rtight, you wont even need clamps... I DO use worm gear clamps on my DP though

if the car is getting hot at high speeds it cant be the downpipe radiating heat to the radiator becuase think how much air is blowing away from the radiator. have you tried drilling like 2 1/16th in holes in your thermostat around the edge of it? old hot rodder trick

yeah i heard of that and tried it it let my old crx warm up really quick in the cold. and kept it at pretty good temps. i was always told just one 1/8th inch hole. im pretty sure thats what i did but i ont know it was over a year ago

you can experment with the number of holes/sizes. the first time i did it i just grabbed a 1/8'' and made like 5-6 holes and the ****** would never get past 140*, i got a new thermostat and drilled 2 1/16'' holes and it held 175* perfect going up a long *** hill boosting in 95* weather.
