any you nogs bought a dtv converter yet?
seeing as my precious analog tv will not be visible in about 6 months i am looking for a good dtv to analog converter, what have you guys bought and hows it working.
I've seen a lot of conflicting views on different boxes as far as picture quality/signal reception/ ect

If you have a satellite or cable box, you won't need it.
You'll only need it for over the air broadcasts.
I got those coupons but will never buy a old skool tv, and I don't really watch tv.

I get like 8. I dropped my cable I never have time to watch tv with my work schedule. Only time I take a break is to watch Letterman/Ferguson late night which I pickup clear has day with my 100 ft off speaker wiring running up to the roof

im poor and over the air is all i get, does the converter box allow you to see the subchannels? like 15-1, 15-2 ect
