Ive placed and rec'd an order from R.S. I even exchanged an order and he has been on the up and up. It was shipped via UPS. Email him and be patient. Im sure you will get your items soon.

If the package gets there in the normal 5ish days of a UPS shipping or whatever, what gratification will it give you to know where the package is RIGHT NOW? Just wondering.
I know from my standpoint its nice to send tracking numbers (which I don't), but the real responsibility is that the customer has their stuff 4-7 days after ordering. All of my customers get delivery confirmation numbers, but I wouldn't sweat it if I got really busy and didn't send one as long as I know the stuff will still be there on the same day, wether I did or didn't.

with people getting jacked over on the internet all the time. i think everyone should be concerned no matter where you order from. unless there close by where you can get compensation 
but ya i wouldnt worry yet. but lay off the guy. its a smart idea to ask before buying something.

How many have you ahve ordered from most companies. Very few it seems. Most dont send tracking info has that would take hours everyday sending that info and regardless what you want to think people have to make money running a business. I send tracking info when asked if not well it will be there simple.

I've ordered plenty of stuff without recieving a tracking number and recieved it on time within the 5-7 day period. Most of the people on here are right, a tracking number isnt necessary but to those of us (me too) who do get gratification from knowing where are packages are, it is necessary. I didn't see any reason for people up top to be getting all angry about this thread...you dont have to comment just because you visit the thread if you're just going to be negative. I'm sure you'll get the package within the next few days Paul

well...as was mentioned above, a thread like this just puts a negative light on a person/company before they have even done anything wrong. And in a business where your reputation is pretty much everything, it matters a lot how many times someone sees a thread like this even if its no ones fault. next time at least try to wait a week(unless of course you paid for next ay air lol) before posting up.

Well I guess they took off for spring break. I was told by Adam that my items will ship tomorrow. My first kit was messed up and had dents in pretty much all of the pipes. So I said ---- Ill just order a new set that will be the fastest way to get the car done, not even worrying about the $60 I just wasted on pipes that I now can't use. And then find out that my new order hasnt even been package or shipped yet pissed me off big time... I asked if they could put a faster shipping on there like 3 day or so but they said no... Oh well guess I will just wait...
