I noticed they are a site sponsor so I ordered a FMIC builder kit from them around the 21st of last month and I got it in a timely manner. Well I placed a new order for another builder kit on the 30th and its now the 3rd and I still have not gotten a tracking number. I checked the status of the order via their site and It doesnt show any info. Has anyone else delt with them or know them personally that can vouch. Im starting to get worried that it hasnt been sent out yet and I need these pipes as soon as I can get them... I wouldnt mind but the first batch of pipes I got had dents in them...

Im not complaining? Im just asking who has dealt with them. I havent gotten a tracking number yet it shouldnt take 4 days to get a tracking #

He's right boosted...it really shouldn't take that long to get a tracking number. Shipment is another story but if the website shows no order updates/status and they haven't responded to his contact emails i'd be a little concerned as well.

Took a week to get mine. They get backed up, give them a chance. Unless you are planning on dieing tomorrow, i wouldnt worry about it. They are good people.
