Default Any Problems with emissions ?

I think my emissions is coming up on my civic HB. I'm running a ZC motor and know with just the motor I have no problem passing. I'm just woundering if any of your turbo guys had problems because I'm just now getting ready to put my kit on. I am from the **** emissions capitol California but I live in MD right now and it's a night and day difference in how tough they are but now MD is starting to get alittle tougher. I mean I'm a mechanic and if I fail can just write up a repair order on my car for $600 and become exempt for the next two years but I really don't want to do that. My one friend just said to lean out the fuel and stuff with my AFC and do all the other little things to help you pass but I just haven't had to go threw with w turbo charged car before.

you could just do something to hold the wastegate 100% open and then dont use the afc. It would be like running stock. Or, continue using the afc and tune it to the NA motor.
