No no, You are given 3 unlocks when you purchase s1 or s2. What it allows you for is if you are going to change computers, or hardware on your computer where you IP will change. If you use all 3 in a month, then you have to wait 30 days till you get another one.

I played it religously for ages. Since the first version came out. I had all of the hack programs, change engine noise, engine cylinders, cc's, weight, drivetrain, turbo lbs, wheel size, etc.

You can still adjust most of that, but not to the extent that the hack allowed haha
