If you have full access to her computer, why do any of her security measures matter?
You can add it to the exceptions on zone alarm and temporarily disable any anti-virus or set it to ignore the key logger.
I deal with this ---- all day, people that accidentally get these key loggers, trojans, etc on their computer because they are getting more and more clever about naming the processes so that people are inclined to tell their zone alarm and AVG to ignore them until it's too late. All the security in the world can't protect a computer from an uneducated user. All you have to do is emulate one of those users by essentially ensuring that you infect the computer and make it virtually impossible to remove it.
