My old boss had a 66 with a full roller 289 that was built by a local shop called loper's and it was supposed to have over 400 hp. i drove it and i was very unimpressed. I hate cars that cant handle for ----

I've been there. My buddy used to get parts 1/2 price out the back door from that place. That was one of the first actual "Performance" shops I have ever been to.

"she" was for sale on ebay not too long ago




Actually "she" was mass produced as replicas by Caroll Shelby complete with 500hp motor and nitrous not too long ago.
