Well someday ill scrape together the money to get my concealed permit, but until then i don't want to waste money ------- up a cheap spring. You gotta remember its a high point. Its the CDM of the gun world (lol but made in the usa). When i get the permit, it won't ever be unloaded. I have two clips but i don't want to ---- them up by putting too much pressure on a cheap spring.

Taking a girl in VA beach shooting this weekend. She's never shot anything before, so I figure my .22 rifle will do fine. Should be a good "bonding" experience. Also looking at a 1934 Ford sedan down there too.

Oh, ----... a Hi-Point. All bets are off.

I thought we were talking about quality magazines, like STANAG or something. :1

And you're going to trust your life to some pice of ---- unreliable gun that you're scared to keep loaded?? You're going to rely on this piece of ---- to protect you, but you think it's going to fail right out of the box??

I'm with you on this one, don't waste your money on ----. You get what you pay for and your life isn't worth the gamble. I had a buddy who owned a Hi Point "bulky *** 9mm" and he shot maybe at max 100 rounds through it and the damn lower part of the pistol at the grip area actually broke from just normal shooting. So, sure it has a ------- warranty but warranties are only useful if your capable of requesting a replacement/refund.

I can take a crap in a box and slap a guarantee on it if you want. I've got spare time.

Its really just for plinking around. I honestly don't feel like i need a concealed handgun. There isn't enough Crime in my area. But someday ill go ahead and get the permit and maybe later upgrade to something better.

... there isn't enough crime in your area? You sound naive... I used to be naive too. Crime is every ------- where man, its irresponsible of you to think that your safe because you live in a small town (just assuming this). I used to think that crime was not a problem in my town until I started working with all the local police depts. And I live in a shitty *** boring county too.
