I don't think the government is as closely linked to gas prices as everyone may think. The government doesn't sell gas, the gas companies do. If the gas companies got together and said, "hey, lets all keep our profits high and don't try to undercut anyone" than gas prices are going to be high no matter what. And guess what, the gas companies are corrupt like that.
I'm sure this is pretty close to what happens no matter what the government does.

Like I said before, Bush lies about why we're in Iraq. First its because of WMD's, then it is supposed to be terrorism, now we're in there to free the people and promote democracy. No WMD's, Saddam is not a terrorist!!!, and the people don't want democracy. 3 strikes against being in Iraq, too late now but doesn't it suck all these people had to die for nothing. And Bin Laden got away, remember Bin Laden, the actual terrorist, he got away.

The intelligence he received from foreign countries (such as Great Britain and Russia I do believe) said the same ours did.. he had WMD and we needed to eliminate them.

I honestly think that George Bush is just finishing his father's work, since he failed at taking Saddam down.

I don't think we should be there. Democracy will never work there. How would you like it if China came over here, accused us of having nukes aimed at them or sumshit, and then pressed communism on us? Hell no we wouldn't be happy.

I already explained the WMD thing, get over it. And while we're there we haven't run into any terrorists, huh? Dr. Germ, ect.? Yeah, those are people that are just trying to live a peaceful life.
Without saddam, the people are now free'er, so I guess that's a good point. :P

Look righty , there are a lot more terrorists in Iraq now than there were, is that a good thing? I never felt unsafe but I definitely don't feel any safer knowing we're in Iraq.
