I love seeing houses like whiteys. In NC you can can get a house like that and more for about 400k. NC has the cheapest realestate prices in the country. My buddy's house is 4 stories with an elevator, pool, jakoozie,furnished, pool table, and too much to mention and got it for 500k. Damn I should go into realestate around here

My dad built our house back in 1980ish. When it was originally built it was nowhere close to what it is today. He came up with a good design where its really easy to add on. The next addition is a 3 car garage 36' by 30' I can't wait
