i used to build big ------- houses for people with too much money, i know about build costs. We were actually looking at building for a while, but it's just too much of a pain in the ***, plus the only area near fargo that has 1 acre lots right now is about 10 miles north of this house, the lots are going for 90K per acre. Average taxes in that development are 7200/yr vs. 3300.

We expect to see a huge secondary garage put up in honor of HMT meets, beer drinking and turbochargers.

Looks good man!! TC should meet up with you Fargo guys for a meet this summer.

Wow I got like Half that much house or a little less and paid about the same for it on like .25 or .33 of an acre.

Enjoy it man, it the best money you'll spend.

They countered this morning. Agreed to all the terms of the contract but at $170K.
I countered with all terms at $165K

A secondary garage is in the future plans.

Hell, the TC crew should road trip up here for a street legal weekend at the drag strip.
