I think if you make 30K+ banks need to sell houses. 2 million+ more foreclosures this year mostly in california. 3 bdrm houses in the outskirts of the bay area are in the 200k range were 400l just 2 years ago

Congrats i too just bought a home and dont feel bad i paid 145 for 780sqft in northern Canada where there is still 3 feet of snow on the ground :1 Should be some good deals coming up there soon with the forclosures starting to come up on the market ?
