Allow myself to introduce myself
Hello! I am Charles B. I am new here, but not to cars. LOL I have a 1987 Nissan 200sx SE. That SE means "special edtion" and it comes with the same motor from the 300zx!! Thats a 3.0 V6 FYI. LOL It is ok. But it makes the front of the car heavier.
I have been doing my own oil changes, and belts to, so I got some wrench time under my belt. I figure I can swap the motor to a 4 cylinder, and turbo it. Its would be lighter and have more power!! Most people tell me to put a sr20det or ca18det, but I say screw that. I want a honda b16. I saw in superstreet that with V-TECH and turbo, that motor will do 13's
Everyone tells me it wont work. First they say that its a front wheel drive motor. DUH LOL! All I would have to do it turn it regular ways!! I did spark plugs and a power steering belt on a b16, so I have some experiance and think I could do the swap. And the turbo part is why I am here. Secondly, they say that the b16 spins the wrong way. LOL. What does that matter? As long as it spins the transmission then its all good. I WILL PROVE THEM WRONG! LOL!
Well, thats my intro. I know you all want porno, but I was raised Christian, so I dont belive in that stuff. Hopefully, with your help, I can have the swap and turbo done by the time I leave for school.

Dude. Seriously. If you really have an S12 and you yank the motor out for a b16 you are a total retard. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the VG series. A b16 is a reverse rotation engine, you will have 1 foward gear and 5 reverse gears :1.
Not even god will forgive you for attempting that swap.

but what do you me abot being unbeliveable? I know a lot of people talk about swaping motors and never come through, but I really mean it.

I will be the first to admit I don't know everything, but you guys dont got to be butt holes.
This is my plan, but if it is unreasonable, help me out. everyone tells me stick with nissan. isnt honda motors better?
