Mom, can i borrow 250,000 ??
I hope some dayto be able to build a house some where, i'd do pretty much the same thing, a house and garage Both complete with basements,
I could ---- around all day and night and not wake any body up !

that garage is sweet but tile floors and ----
? does this guy actually work in there or have dinner parties? i would take all his tools, boxes and other equipment with bare concrete floor and unpainted drywall. plus a couple taps for some kegs.

I would ---- that first shop up in hours. dropping trannys and cracking tile.. seems like a little bit of a waste. I have 900sqft right now and I am happy with that. Just could use a lift.
